ABOUT
Jem Gillard is a scientific illustrator based in Australia, he is passionate about the natural world and being able to communicate with others through a visual medium. He enjoys experimenting with new techniques, and has an interest in exploring scientific illustration through both a traditional and digital practice.

Workshop Guest Speaker l Lambton High School
Visited as a guest speaker in a workshop to a group of Year 9 students. I spoke about Natural History Illustration, and showed them how to handle and illustrate from both preserved taxidermy specimens and natural objects.
